What struck me during my stay was the simple yet refreshing ambiance of the restaurant at the Auberge Restaurant Kasbah des Dunes. Here, I found a wonderful balance of flavor and tradition seamlessly woven into each dish, allowing me to savor the essence of the local cuisine. In the evenings, I relished the delightful dinners served, which included traditional Tajine, a true testament to the culinary craftsmanship of the hotel. Camel House provides an inviting atmosphere that truly celebrates the region's flavors.
